Snow White runs 11 December to 3 January at Epsom Playhouse. The opening night is already full. Seats are £24.50 or £27.50, plus a £1.50 levy per ticket.

Epsom Playhouse’s 2026 pantomime is Snow White, running from Friday 11 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. Booking is open, 42 public performances are listed, and the opening night on 11 December is already showing as full.

Two things are worth knowing before you book. The early bird price of £22.50 expired on 1 June 2026, so any listing still quoting it is out of date. And there are two price bands on this run, roughly £3 apart, which the theatre does not spell out anywhere on the show page. The dates below come from the Playhouse’s own booking system, checked on 5 September 2026.

Dates and times

The Playhouse is on Ashley Avenue, Epsom KT18 5AL. Performances run:

January 2027

  • Sat 2: 1.30pm, 6pm
  • Sun 3: 11am, 3.30pm

There is nothing on 14, 18, 25 or 28 December, or on 1 January. The three 9.30am starts on 15, 16 and 17 December are the weekday morning shows, which are the cheap ones.

Prices, and the fees on top

Two bands run across the schedule. The theatre prints “from £22.50” on the show page, which is the expired early bird figure.

Peak dates, which is most weekend and Christmas-week performances:

  • Full price £27.50
  • Child aged 18 months to 15 years £25.50
  • Family, two adults and two children £23.50 each
  • Groups of 10 or more £26.00, groups of 25 or more £25.00

Off-peak dates, which are 15, 16 and 17 December, the 10.30am show on 19 December and the 7pm show on 29 December:

  • Full price £24.50
  • Child aged 18 months to 15 years £22.50
  • Family, two adults and two children £22.00 each
  • Groups of 10 or more £23.00

Then the extras, which the checkout adds rather than the show page:

  • A £1.50 restoration levy on every ticket. It applies to anything booked after 1 April 2025 and funds maintenance work at the Playhouse.
  • A £2.00 transaction fee per booking.
  • A £2.00 postage fee per booking if you have tickets posted.

So a family of four on a peak date is £94 in tickets plus £6 of levy plus £2, which is £102 before anything is spent inside the building. Tickets cannot be refunded, in the theatre’s own words.

Pass Card member rates are not sold online. The booking system says to contact the box office for those, on 01372 742555 or 01372 742227.

Access performances, and one thing that does not add up

The Playhouse advertises two access performances:

  • Signed performance: Thursday 17 December at 7pm. This one is bookable online at the off-peak price.
  • Relaxed performance: Wednesday 30 December at 3.30pm. This is the problem. The booking system lists only an 11am show on 30 December, and there is no 3.30pm performance available to book that day. The show page and the box office system disagree.

If you need the relaxed performance, ring the box office rather than booking online. On the previous panto the theatre asked people to do exactly that so the seating could be arranged around individual needs, and the same is likely here.

Booking

Booking runs through the Playhouse’s own site and its PatronBase box office. The opening night, Friday 11 December at 7pm, is already marked full, which in early September suggests the weekend evenings will go next.

Epsom Playhouse is run by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. The pantomime cast traditionally leads the borough’s Christmas lights switch-ons, so watch our Christmas lights switch-on page for those dates when they are announced.

What it means for you

  • Snow White, Epsom Playhouse, 11 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, 42 performances.
  • The opening night is gone. Book early if you want a specific evening.
  • Go on 15, 16 or 17 December and you pay £24.50 rather than £27.50 for the same show.
  • Budget for £1.50 a ticket in levy and £2.00 a booking on top of the advertised price.
  • Do not book the relaxed performance online. The advertised 3.30pm slot on 30 December is not in the booking system.
  • The Playhouse has its own car park signage from the High Street; our parking in Epsom page covers evening tariffs, and roadworks and travel covers getting in.
